Child Participation Policy
Children under 3 years old – free of charge (no separate seat or meal).
Child fare applies from ages 4 to 8.
Adult fare applies from age 9 and above.

Information and assistance during the trip are provided exclusively to clients of our company. We are not responsible for the actions of other tour operators, third-party service providers, or other participants of the tour.‍

Customer Support & Tour Conditions
‍Stop order and timing may change due to weather, holidays, or at the discretion of the operator, without significantly altering the core program.
Schedules for group tours are approximate.
The operator reserves the right to replace the vessel or transport without prior notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The terms for rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds are stated on each ticket, in accordance with the regulations of the Tourism Authority of Thailand.‍

Personal Belongings
The agency is not responsible for returning items forgotten during tours or in transport.
Please keep track of your belongings, especially valuables — do not leave them unattended.

Rules for rescheduling individual tours. Installed in accordance with the requirements of the Tourism Authority of Thailand.

Reservation changes are allowed EXCLUSIVELY during business hours (from 09:00 to 20:00).
‍
It is possible to postpone an individual tour to another date no later than 72 hours in advance before the event starts (the possibility of postponement depends on the availability of free transport at the new date).
‍
Transfer penalty may be up to 50% from the full cost of the tour (each situation is considered separately, the manager checks the amount of the fine with the carrier).
‍
If a customer cancels a tour in over 48 hours before the start — held 50% from the cost of the tour.
If you refuse to participate in less than 48 hours before the start of the program — money is not returned.

In case tour absenteeouts (no-show) — booking amount non-refundable.
‍
When providing medical certificate from the HOSPITAL* cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours in advance before departure. Refunds are calculated only for touristsspecified in the document. The rest of the booking participants can use the tour.

If a tourist stops participating during the tour on his own initiative — payment is not refundable.
If the tour is canceled due to the carrier's fault or due to official storm warning (relevant only for sea tours) — it is possible to postpone the date or full refund.

Rain is not a reason to cancel the tour.If a tourist refuses to participate due to rainfall, this is considered a voluntary refusal, and refunds are not made.
*Only certificates from public or accredited hospitals in Thailand are accepted. Documents from private clinics, pharmacies, as well as certificates obtained online, are not considered.
The medical certificate must contain: — The patient's name; — a diagnosis with the date of the tour; — the hospital seal. All documents are verified for authenticity. If falsification is detected, the company has the right to refuse to return and contact the police.
