Medical Restrictions
Please inform our manager before booking if you are pregnant, have chronic medical conditions, or musculoskeletal issues. Failure to disclose this information places full responsibility on the client. Participation may be denied without refund.

Transfer Surcharge for Remote Areas
The price does not include possible transfer surcharges from the following areas: Rawai, Nai Harn, Panwa, Phuket Town, Kamala, Surin, Bang Tao, Nai Thon, Nai Yang, Mai Khao.

Please confirm transfer conditions and any additional fees with our manager before booking to avoid misunderstandings.

Child Participation Policy
Children under 3 years old – free of charge (no separate seat or meal).
Child fare applies from ages 4 to 8.
Adult fare applies from age 9 and above.

Customer Support
Information and assistance during the trip are provided exclusively to clients of our company. We are not responsible for the actions of other tour operators, third-party service providers, or other participants of the tour.‍

Customer Support & Tour Conditions
‍Stop order and timing may change due to weather, holidays, or at the discretion of the operator, without significantly altering the core program.
Schedules for group tours are approximate.
The operator reserves the right to replace the vessel or transport without prior notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The terms for rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds are stated on each ticket, in accordance with the regulations of the Tourism Authority of Thailand.‍

Personal Belongings
The agency is not responsible for returning items forgotten during tours or in transport.
Please keep track of your belongings, especially valuables — do not leave them unattended.

Private Tour Rescheduling Policy
Set in accordance with the regulations of the Tourism Authority of Thailand. Detailed information is provided below
Booking changes are allowed ONLY during business hours (09:00–20:00)

Rescheduling to a new date is possible no later than 72 hours before the tour start time (subject to availability of transport on the new date)
‍
A rescheduling fee of up to 50% of the total tour cost may apply (each case is considered individually; the manager will confirm the exact amount with the transport provider)

Cancellation by Client
If the tour is canceled more than 48 hours before the start time, 50% of the tour cost is non-refundable
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued

No-Show Policy
In case of no-show, the booking amount is non-refundable

Medical Cancellation
If a valid medical certificate from a hospital is provided, cancellation is allowed no later than 24 hours before departure
The refund applies only to the person named in the document
Other participants in the booking may still join the tour

Early Termination & Force Majeure
If a guest chooses to leave the tour early for personal reasons, no refund will be issued
If the tour is canceled due to the operator’s fault or an official storm warning (applicable to sea tours), a full refund or rescheduling will be offered

Weather Conditions & Medical Documentation Policy
Rain is not considered valid grounds for tour cancellation. If a guest refuses to participate due to rain or light weather conditions, it is treated as a voluntary cancellation and no refund will be issued

Medical certificates are accepted only from public or accredited hospitals in Thailand
Documents from private clinics, pharmacies, or issued online will not be accepted

The medical certificate must include:
Full name of the ill person
Diagnosis with the tour date clearly stated
Official hospital stamp

All documents are subject to verification. If falsification is detected, the company reserves the right to deny the refund and report the case to the police
